What kind of delivery service does Dering Hall offer?

For all large items, Dering Hall uses a white-glove shipping service. For smaller items, we offer service through UPS.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States (AK and HI will require a separate shipping calculation).

What is the charge for shipping?

Shipping charges depend on the products’ size and weight, and the delivery distance. Shipping is calculated automatically and is included in your order total.

How long will it take for my products to arrive?

Each of the products in your order has an associated lead-time stated in the product description. Shipping takes an additional 10-14 days, depending on location.

Why do my products have different delivery times and rates?

Products included in our Featured Sales are shipped directly from the Designer, so depending on where the items are coming from and going to, parts of your order may arrive separately and have different costs.
